Shopping Cart Not Working ?

The only thing that will stop the shopping cart from working is having your cookies turned off, due to the amount of browsers out there we can't give exact info on how to turn these on for each and every browser, but if you go into your browsers help menu and look for cookies you should find how to switch them back on.

Site not displaying correctly

We have made every effort to make our new site as standards and browser compliant as possible. We currently support Explorer, Firefox, Opera, Netscape. Any Explorer 5.5 visitors, we haven't forgotten you and we're currently working on ironing out the bugs for your browser which should be completed within a week of the new site going live

If you do have any problems viewing the site please let us know as some browser bugs can be eliminated quite quickly, even though we try to cover most browser versions out there which I'd imagine there is 40+ we have dropped support for some of the very old browsers which include Netscape 4 and below and Explorer 5 and below. If you do have a browser of that age we'd advise upgrading, not only to view our site but all the other sites out there on the internet.

Security

Our site doesn't store any of your order information, all your orders are sent directly to us via email.

All cookies are destroyed once your browser is closed, and the info held on these cookies only tells the final process in the ordering what you've ordered. Any personal details such as name and address are sent directly to us via email.
