Delivery


All our products are delivered flat packed by our own drivers, we do not use any outside couriers. This way we can ensure the risk to any potential damage to the product is kept to an absolute minimum.


Returns Policy


Wood is a living moving product, which responds to atmospheric conditions. You are obliged to re-treat your ark twice yearly to keep the boards supple and water repellent. With the best will in the world I cannot guarantee that every board and every strut is never going to crack or move a little with the passing of time. What I will say is this, I do not knowingly sell anything I would not buy for myself and I would not buy a crack. Every endevour is taken to reject suspect boards during construction. Therefore on delivery the arks should be of sound construction.

We have a no quibble no fuss assurance that if with in 14 days of purchase you are not fully satisfied with our product on the grounds of material quality or standard of workmanship, you are to re-pack the unit, return it to us and we will arrange either a replacement or refund your money. Proof of purchase is required. Forsham cannot be held responsible for damage or deterioration of your ark due to mis use or lack of care and attention.
